Harvey is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Lone Peak Global Investors (formerly Clifford Capital Partners). Prior to joining Lone Peak in 2022, he worked for the Lake Elsinore Unified School District in Southern California as a Director of Finance managing a $250 million budget for 23 school sites and ensuring compliance reporting to both the California Department of Education and U.S. Department of Education. Harvey has over 20 years of extensive experience working in the private sector as a finance professional for both public and non-publicly traded companies in the software (PacketVideo, a subsidiary of Nextwave Wireless), medical device (Alphatec Holdings) and manufacturing (Prime-Line Products) industries.

Harvey began his career as an auditor for Deloitte for five years, three of which he spent in Micronesia, where he performed financial and compliance audit for island state government’s such as the Republic of Palau, Government of Guam, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia and the Republic of Marshall Islands. These island nations received extensive funding from the United States Government and were required to be audited in accordance with OMB Circular A-133 Single Audits. He also worked in the Deloitte office in Costa Mesa, California for two years where he audited non-public and publicly traded companies in the retail, health & life sciences and manufacturing industries.

Harvey graduated from Brigham Young University-Hawaii in 1999 with a B.S. in Accounting. He has a certified Chief Business Official (CBO) designation through the California Association of School Business Officials (CASBO).
